André Nunes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vivaldo Vilaça in the 24th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Jorge Moniz made a precise shot to the right of Pedro Rijo. If Caetano Roriz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 100th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sport Seixal e Benfica played a much better game than Águias do Além and deserved their victory. The Águias do Além players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
