That made the score 1-0 in the 10 minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, F.C.Porto's goal looked a bit too open when Carlos Cabral came free, but João Cabral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 18 played minutes Cristelo FC got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Cabral. Afonso Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. João Cabral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Cabral in the 48th minute of play. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

F.C.Porto's Jesualdo Carmona got a good chance for a goal in the 52nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Afonso Amaral sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 58 minutes into the match, Afonso Amaral notched a goal, 2-0, to the right of F.C.Porto's João Cabral. João Cabral was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Cristelo FC fully deserved thier win.
