Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 145) Nuno Faria started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Albertino Torres sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind SC flay's goalkeeper Manuel Barbosa, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15th minute, João Leiria hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Paulo Trindade kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. António Dias came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by SC flay's Nuno Faria. But to his dismay, Nuno Faria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. António Dias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nuno Faria, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Manuel Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cândido Cardoso in the 36th minute of the match. Luís Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 37th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Manuel Barbosa having to interfere. António Dias showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Faria in the 39th minute of the match. António Dias came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by SC flay's Nuno Faria. But to his dismay, Nuno Faria quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Disappointed in the 0-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Cândido Cardoso to strike the kick off in the second half. Joaquim Freitas's late challenge caught a SC Viseu's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joaquim Freitas helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, SC flay's Joaquim Freitas got a free kick in the 54th minute. António Dias made a fantastic save in the 59th minute, when Nuno Faria sent off a good shot on target. SC flay's Manuel Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cândido Cardoso in the 61st minute of play. Cândido Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 64th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the match had gone on for 66 minutes, Nuno Faria took a quick shot and it went in 0-4 without a chance for António Dias to make any attempt to save it. SC Viseu's António Dias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Moutinho in the 69th minute of play. After 71 minutes, Cândido Cardoso mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Viseu and the SC flay players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 72 played minutes, SC flay's Nuno Faria shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper António Dias came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in SC flay reached it. In the 76th minute, Cristiano Moutinho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of SC Viseu booed when SC flay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. João Leiria didn't get a good kick on the ball. SC Viseu's Cândido Cardoso got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Cândido Cardoso came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the SC Viseu fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cândido Cardoso couldn't finish the play. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. SC flay walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
