After 51 played minutes Sport Club Nike got a freekick which was hit by Lourenço Pedroso. 53 minutes into the match, Sport Club Nike's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Vigário came free, but José Ferreira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Arthur Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 54th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After taking down the ball on Sport Club Nike's corner Óscar Brito fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Sebastião Valente quite easily take care of the ball. Setada's Sebastião Valente proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 64th minute of the match, managed to save Setada from getting a goal against them. Arthur Miranda struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Sebastião Valente didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sport Club Nike. In the 66th minute Januário Baião shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but José Ferreira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 0-4 became the score in the 68th minute when Zdzislaw Domaracki elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a defensive mix-up in Setada's zone, Tomás Leite stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Sebastião Valente came out of the goal and Tomás Leite tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 83rd minute, Arthur Miranda hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sport Club Nike's Alberto Machado shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 86th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Sebastião Valente but with some difficulty. Tomás Leite hit a great freekick 90 minutes into the match. Arthur Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Sebastião Valente tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sebastião Valente showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zdzislaw Domaracki, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. Sebastião Valente was out of position in the 97 minute of play, and Arthur Miranda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Arthur Miranda really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. When the match was over Sport Club Nike could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Setada throughout the match.
