Armindo Roriz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 48th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell António Borba to make the kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Bezanas FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hilário Sesimbra to maneuver through the defense. Josué Bento struck a weak shot in the 53rd minute. Éder Candeias didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Labacal. After 93 played minutes, Labacal's Henrique Castilho shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Éder Candeias came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Labacal reached it. Éder Candeias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué Bento, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The final whistle blew with the score still tied, and both teams left the pitch thinking about the missed chances that could have given their team the win.
