Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Lucílio Mafra kicked off to start the match. Gonçalo Pereira could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 4th minute of the match, but Pedro Paiva made a huge save. The supporters of SC Fail booed when Ucha FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gualter Horta didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 11th minute of the match, Gonçalo Pereira got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedro Paiva was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Saúl Anjos charged in rather forcefully in the 12th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Saúl Anjos the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 12th match minute, Ucha FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Saúl Anjos to maneuver through the defense. If Gonçalo Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Cardoso kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that Fábio Setúbal's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Pedro Paiva was relentless in the 32nd minute of the game. In the 34th minute, Plácido Valentim ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Filipe Maia was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Miguel Cardoso's late challenge caught a Ucha FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. In the 40thth minute of the game Lucílio Mafra who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Fail's Filipe Maia was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. SC Fail's Gonçalo Pereira got a good chance for a goal in the 42nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 43 minutes into the game, Fábio Setúbal cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Pedro Paiva was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. If Gonçalo Pereira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Pedro Paiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Melo, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the game, SC Fail's Gonçalo Pereira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pedro Paiva made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Cândido Delgado charged in rather forcefully in the 58th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Cândido Delgado the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In a very dangerous position, a player in Ucha FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 58th minute. Penalty! In the 60th minute there was a penalty for SC Fail. Adolfo Leiria stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pedro Paiva. 3-1. If Lucílio Mafra had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco Rocha hit a great freekick 70 minutes into the match. In the 75th minute, Miguel Cardoso hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Miguel Cardoso was shown his second yellow card after 78 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to SC Fail getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Miguel Cardoso hit a great ball. Fábio Setúbal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Pedro Paiva tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gonçalo Pereira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ucha FC's zone, Gonçalo Pereira stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pedro Paiva came out of the goal and Gonçalo Pereira tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. There was no doubt that SC Fail were the better team. SC Fail's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
