Spectators: 7288 (Terracing: 5468, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 144) Luís Fábio Hoffmann who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 3rdth minute tested the skills of Carlos Pimentel when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Carlos Pimentel made a fantastic save in the 8th minute, when Jaime Cunha sent off a good shot on target. If Ricardo Azevedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After having played for 21 minutes, Luís Fábio Hoffmann managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Batocas's supporters crossed their fingers, but Luís Fábio Hoffmann was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jorge Neto's late challenge caught a União Futebol Barreirense's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Jorge Neto helped the player get up and apologised. In the 23rd minute, Jorge Neto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Máximo Jesus in the 26th minute of play forced SC Batocas's goalkeeper Allan Silva to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in União Futebol Barreirense's zone, Jaime Cunha stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Carlos Pimentel came out of the goal and Jaime Cunha tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A hard shot 30 in the game by Luís Fábio Hoffmann from a close distance when the talented Carlos Pimentel managed to make a qualified save. União Futebol Barreirense's players were relieved. União Futebol Barreirense's Carlos Pimentel proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save União Futebol Barreirense from getting a goal against them. When Jorge Neto was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 33 minutes had been played. In the 33rd match minute, SC Batocas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jorge Neto to maneuver through the defense. 36 minutes into the game, Radomir Cichewski recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Carlos Pimentel. Radomir Cichewski showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Máximo Jesus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 43 minutes into the game, SC Batocas's Radomir Cichewski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Carlos Pimentel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. If Artur Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

In the 53rdth minute of the game Radomir Cichewski who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but União Futebol Barreirense's Carlos Pimentel was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Miguel Miranda received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 58th minute. Carlos Pimentel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Radomir Cichewski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 59th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jaime Cunha in the 62nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Carlos Pimentel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 66th minute Radomir Cichewski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Pimentel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Radomir Cichewski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Bento Belo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 72 minutes, Miguel Miranda mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SC Batocas and the União Futebol Barreirense players grew even worse after the yellow card. Miguel Miranda kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. Allan Silva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Azevedo in the 74th minute of play. After 82 minutes of play, SC Batocas's Artur Bessa made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Carlos Pimentel was left in no man's land by his defense there! When SC Batocas's Miguel Miranda in the 86th minute got a chance for a shot 86th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Carlos Pimentel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jaime Cunha in the 87th minute of the match. When Miguel Miranda came up free with the goalie in the 93rd minute, the SC Batocas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Miguel Miranda couldn't finish the play. If Artur Bessa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. SC Batocas's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
