Filipe Cardoso guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. The referee ignored SC Alcofra's protests and gave Abel Fernandes a yellow card for diving instead. Casteleiro's Basílio Salvado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristiano Vieira in the 61st minute of play. Casteleiro's Normando Azeredo couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 64th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for SC Alcofra. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Emanuel Baptista in the 66th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Basílio Salvado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Casteleiro's Basílio Salvado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Emanuel Baptista in the 74th minute of play. 77 minutes into the match, Casteleiro's goal looked a bit too open when Emanuel Baptista came free, but Basílio Salvado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. SC Alcofra were furious when Albertino Macedo was red carded, 81 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. After 81 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. Casteleiro's supporters stood up full of expectation in the 101st minute of the game, when Normando Azeredo after an extraordinary solo performance found himself with a golden opportunity in front of SC Alcofra's goal. Normando Azeredo was unfortunally a little to anxious and the ball went outside the goal. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
