Spectators: 6663 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Daniel Vieira kicked off to start the match. But to his dismay, Vicente Trindade quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. Daniel Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Cássio Franco tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Cássio Franco successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 18th match minute, Canidelo FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Samuel Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. The long shot by José Esteves in the 19th minute really tested Cássio Franco's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 20 minutes into the match, Canidelo FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daniel Vieira came free, but Cássio Franco reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Daniel Vieira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Manuel Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 36th minute the ball was on its way in behind Varandas's goalkeeper Afonso Castro, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Vicente Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cássio Franco having to interfere. Vicente Trindade recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 47th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramiro Lages was the one to do the kick off. Cássio Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pedro Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 58th minute, Ramiro Lages fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Cássio Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Vieira in the 62nd minute of the match. 64 minutes into the match, Vicente Trindade had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Cássio Franco. Canidelo FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vicente Trindade was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. If Ramiro Lages had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Manuel Sanches had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cássio Franco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vicente Trindade, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Canidelo FC's Miguel Borba got a free kick in the 73rd minute. 76 minutes into the match, Varandas's Vicente Trindade sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cássio Franco narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Vicente Trindade sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Daniel Vieira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cássio Franco read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. Cássio Franco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Vieira, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. Cássio Franco showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vicente Trindade in the 96th minute of the match.
