Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Daniel Barros got the match started through his kick off. 5 minutes into the match, Arufe FC's goal looked a bit too open when Afonso Sousa came free, but Lúcio Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Daniel Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The supporters of SC Gancho booed when Arufe FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 27 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gabriel Bessa didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Arufe FC getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Nuno Ramos hit a great ball. 44 minutes into the game, Joaquim Brito cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-0. Hugo Morais was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 48 minutes, Daniel Barros made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. SC Gancho's Hugo Morais tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

Joaquim Leal charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joaquim Leal the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Joaquim Leal hit a great freekick 55 minutes into the match. In the 57th minute, Daniel Barros got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lúcio Gaspar came out of the goal in the 76th minute to try and stop a shot by SC Gancho's Afonso Sousa. But to his dismay, Afonso Sousa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. 86 minutes into the game, one of Arufe FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 91st minute Afonso Sousa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lúcio Gaspar saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Joaquim Brito came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Arufe FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Joaquim Brito couldn't finish the play. Joaquim Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
