Márcio Castilho took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Afonso Veiga. Fabarrelinho FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Inácio Pires hit a great freekick 15 minutes into the match. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Filipe Braga showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Teodoro Paixão who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 26thth minute tested the skills of Afonso Veiga when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hélio Viegas during the 28th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 28th match minute, CITYCAR CLUB was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hélio Viegas to maneuver through the defense. When Fábio Cardoso came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the CITYCAR CLUB fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fábio Cardoso couldn't finish the play. When Fabarrelinho FC's Alexandre Miranda in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Afonso Veiga took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fábio Cardoso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 75th minute Tiago Pedroso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Afonso Veiga saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Amadeu Galvão's late challenge caught a Fabarrelinho FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amadeu Galvão helped the player get up and apologised. Amadeu Galvão kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Alexandre Miranda sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CITYCAR CLUB's Filipe Braga proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save CITYCAR CLUB from getting a goal against them. Nuno Graça charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Nuno Graça the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 84 played minutes CITYCAR CLUB got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Graça. Alexandre Miranda in the 85thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Filipe Braga, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Alexandre Miranda blasted a shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filipe Braga having to make a save. Hélio Viegas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 93rd minute. Afonso Veiga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
