Spectators: 6000 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Almiro Taborda got the match started through his kick off. Laércio Taborda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inácio Amaro, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. In the 4th match minute, Vilarouco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nuno Assis to maneuver through the defense. When Futsal Clube Portugal's Inácio Amaro in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Vilarouco's goalie prevented a goal. In the 13th match minute, Vilarouco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Angélico Amorim to maneuver through the defense. In the 21st minute, Zeca Afonso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Futsal Clube Portugal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. 24 minutes into the match, Vilarouco's Lázaro Loureiro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Veiga narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Cristiano Veiga didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lázaro Loureiro went, in the 28th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-1 was the resulting score. In the 34th minute the ball was on its way in behind Vilarouco's goalkeeper Laércio Taborda, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 38th play minutes Zeca Afonso shot 4-1, a short shot which went by Laércio Taborda and just under the crossbar into goal. Inácio Amaro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Inácio Amaro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Laércio Taborda having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lázaro Loureiro during the 46th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Vilarouco getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Lázaro Loureiro hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Inácio Amaro made the kick off in the second half. Laércio Taborda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Amaro in the 53rd minute of play. When Inácio Amaro came up free with the goalie in the 54th minute, the Futsal Clube Portugal fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Inácio Amaro couldn't finish the play. After 62nd play minutes Nuno Ramos shot 5-1, a short shot which went by Laércio Taborda and just under the crossbar into goal. 67 minutes into the game, Futsal Clube Portugal's Zeca Afonso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Laércio Taborda made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 6-1. Laércio Taborda showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zeca Afonso, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. After some careless play in the Vilarouco defense, Zeca Afonso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Laércio Taborda. The Vilarouco fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Laércio Taborda should have stopped the shot. 80 minutes into the match, Vilarouco's goal looked a bit too open when Nuno Ramos came free, but Laércio Taborda reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 82 minutes of play, Futsal Clube Portugal's Zeca Afonso made it 8-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laércio Taborda was left in no man's land by his defense there! 89 minutes into the match, Futsal Clube Portugal's goalkeeper Cristiano Veiga had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lázaro Loureiro. 90 minutes into the match, Futsal Clube Portugal's goal looked a bit too open when Plácido Trindade came free, but Cristiano Veiga reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laércio Taborda made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inácio Amaro in the 91st minute of play. After 92 minutes of play, Futsal Clube Portugal's Zeca Afonso made it 9-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Laércio Taborda was left in no man's land by his defense there!
