Spectators: 6668 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1668, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amareleja FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gergori Vila was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Ricardo Figueiredo took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 15th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Andres Ceandro. SC Cotem's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Andres Ceandro made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Hugo Melo sent off a good shot on target. 20 minutes into the match, SC Cotem's goalkeeper Andres Ceandro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hugo Melo. Hugo Melo scored 1-1 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Andres Ceandro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 31 minutes into the match, SC Cotem's goal looked a bit too open when Bento Teixeira came free, but Andres Ceandro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rui Figueiredo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Viriato Santos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Amareleja FC's Viriato Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Mendes in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Gergori Vila got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Manuel Mendes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Viriato Santos having to interfere. Manuel Mendes received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Viriato Santos came out and tried to block the shot, but Manuel Mendes slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 71st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as SC Cotem's Manuel Mendes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Viriato Santos. That made the score 1-3 after 75 minutes of play. Viriato Santos didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 80th minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. In the 84thth minute of the game Bento Teixeira who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Cotem's Andres Ceandro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 86 minutes into the match, Amareleja FC's goalkeeper Viriato Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gergori Vila. Gergori Vila sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. SC Cotem played a much better game than Amareleja FC and deserved their victory. The Amareleja FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
