BobaMaica Team's Isidoro Leme played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder Resende in the 4th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Hélder Resende in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Isidoro Leme saved BobaMaica Team from getting behind. Isidoro Leme stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Hélder Resende's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. In the 16th minute FC Panoias were awarded a corner. Bernardo Amorim went to the cornerflag to take it. Tomás Castanheira kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 22ndth minute. Though ot was a great shot FC Panoias's keeper Hugo Antunes was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Hélder Resende's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isidoro Leme read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. The supporters of FC Panoias booed when BobaMaica Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 29 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alípio Linhares didn't get a good kick on the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hélder Resende in the 39th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Óscar Baião during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 41 minutes into the game, one of BobaMaica Team:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The referee gave FC Panoias a penalty, 44 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Bernardo Amorim, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of BobaMaica Team's Isidoro Leme. 0-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hélder Resende was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, BobaMaica Team's goalkeeper Isidoro Leme had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Hélder Resende. 57 minutes into the game, Alexandre Sampaio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. BobaMaica Team's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC Panoias the free kick. In a very dangerous position, a player in BobaMaica Team fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 56th minute. Penalty! Bernardo Amorim shot the penalty kick right outside the post. A hard shot 62 in the game by Hélder Resende from a close distance when the talented Isidoro Leme managed to make a qualified save. BobaMaica Team's players were relieved. When the match had gone on for 65 minutes, Hélder Resende took a quick shot and it went in 0-3 without a chance for Isidoro Leme to make any attempt to save it. Paulo Domingues charged in rather forcefully in the 69th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Paulo Domingues the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 69th minute, Paulo Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Antunes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomás Castanheira in the 70th minute of the match. Hélder Resende sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute Josué Durães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 75 minutes into the match, FC Panoias's goal looked a bit too open when Alípio Linhares came free, but Hugo Antunes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 77 minutes of play, BobaMaica Team's Josué Durães made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Hugo Antunes was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 84th minute Josué Durães shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Antunes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. FC Panoias's attentive Américo Nunes managed to snatch the ball when Jorge Machado made a throw-in in the 85th minute of the game. In the 86th minute, Josué Durães hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Hugo Antunes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Josué Durães, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. FC Panoias's Bernardo Amorim got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hélder Resende in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Isidoro Leme prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Hélder Resende had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
