The coaching staff of Bofinho FC protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Albérico Setúbal had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In a very dangerous position, a player in Bofinho FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 40th minute. Penalty! In the 43rd minute there was a penalty for FBI City. The audience was convinced that Cliff Kempson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Santana was relentless in the 84th minute of the game. If Rodrigo Anjos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bofinho FC's Lourenço Colaço got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. For all the effort they put into the match, the Bofinho FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for FBI City.
