Rodrigo Porto was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 60 minutes into the match. When the match had been going on for 62 minutes, Warriors FC's Josué Pedroso got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Sixten Arulepp. Lúcio Melo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. José Sequeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. SLB Póvoa City's Manuel Tavares was substituted for Lúcio Pacheco. Óscar Valverde kicked well hit freekick during the 97th minute of the match. SLB Póvoa City were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
