Spectators: 7152 (Terracing: 5474, Seating: 1678, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Tiago Vale took the kick off in the first half of the match. Teodoro Caldeira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cláudio Guerreiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 8 minutes into the match, Caramujo's goal looked a bit too open when Cláudio Guerreiro came free, but Teodoro Caldeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Quental in the 9th minute of play forced Viuvas FC's goalkeeper Rodrigo Matias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Caramujo defense, Mário Pinto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Teodoro Caldeira. The Caramujo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Teodoro Caldeira should have stopped the shot. Teodoro Caldeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cláudio Guerreiro in the 19th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Viuvas FC's André Cardoso got a free kick in the 25th minute. Tiago Vale fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teodoro Caldeira having to interfere. Valentim Toscano's late challenge caught a Viuvas FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Valentim Toscano helped the player get up and apologised. Valentim Toscano kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. António Ornelas's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rodrigo Matias read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute Tiago Vale shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teodoro Caldeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 43 minutes, Tiago Vale managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Viuvas FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiago Vale was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cláudio Guerreiro took the ball and in the 45 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Teodoro Caldeira. Teodoro Caldeira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Afonso Quental made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Afonso Quental in the 52nd minute of play forced Viuvas FC's goalkeeper Rodrigo Matias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Cláudio Guerreiro got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Tiago Vale received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 57th minute. Teodoro Caldeira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Rodrigo Matias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from António Ornelas in the 61st minute of play. After having played for 64 minutes, António Ornelas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caramujo's supporters crossed their fingers, but António Ornelas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 65 minutes, Tiago Vale made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. Caramujo's Teodoro Caldeira tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Teodoro Caldeira was out of position in the 72 minute of play, and Tiago Vale capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Tiago Vale really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Afonso Quental managed to get in a good position for a shot. Caramujo's supporters rose to their feet, but Afonso Quental was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rodrigo Matias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Elias Rego charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Rego the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 86th minute, Tiago Vale fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Teodoro Caldeira, passed just outside the right post. Viuvas FC's Rodrigo Matias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by António Ornelas in the 92nd minute of play. Viuvas FC played a much better game than Caramujo and deserved their victory. The Caramujo players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
