The referee ignored Monfebres FC's protests and gave Joaquim Gentil a yellow card for diving instead. Olavo Taveira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. A collision led to Monfebres FC getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Joaquim Gentil hit a great ball. Bruno Mendes did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-7 to the left of a surprised Olavo Taveira 72 minutes into the match. Bruno Mendes's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 75thth minute, Olavo Taveira skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Olavo Taveira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bruno Mendes in the 79th minute of play. Monfebres FC's Olavo Taveira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 82nd minute of the match, managed to save Monfebres FC from getting a goal against them. In the 83rd minute, Hugo Matos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Olavo Taveira. The goal made the score 1-8.
