Pedro Leitão started the match with the kick off. After 6 played minutes Bolfiar FC got a freekick which was hit by Alcides Resende. Gustavo Bessa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 7th minute. Lucas Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Bolfiar FC's Lucas Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Tomé in the 9th minute of play. A hard shot 17 in the game by Gustavo Bessa from a close distance when the talented Lucas Pedroso managed to make a qualified save. Bolfiar FC's players were relieved. Lucas Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gustavo Bessa, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. Gustavo Bessa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Lucas Pedroso tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alcides Resende came up free with the goalie in the 45th minute, the Bolfiar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alcides Resende couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rui Tomé to make the kick off. After having played for 59 minutes, Rui Tomé managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. FC Pedrouços's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rui Tomé was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Gustavo Bessa might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lucas Pedroso. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustavo Bessa ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee felt a red card was in order, 69 minutes into the game, when Mauro Tristão put in a rough tackle. 74 minutes into the game, one of Bolfiar FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lucas Pedroso went to the wrong direction when Gustavo Bessa was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. FC Pedrouços's Sílvio Monsanto was substituted for Gustavo Bessa. After 80 played minutes Bolfiar FC got a freekick which was hit by Tomé Vilalobos. When Pedro Leitão came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Bolfiar FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Pedro Leitão couldn't finish the play. Amado Belém was a little too slow when Alcides Resende got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 85th minute. The score was now 3-2. FC Pedrouços made a substitution. Gastão Manso replaced Fabiano Mendonça. Emanuel Diegues fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Pedroso having to interfere. 94 minutes into the match, Bolfiar FC's goal looked a bit too open when Sílvio Monsanto came free, but Lucas Pedroso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Enzo Trindade fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lucas Pedroso having to interfere. After some careless play in the Bolfiar FC defense, Sílvio Monsanto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Lucas Pedroso. The Bolfiar FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Lucas Pedroso should have stopped the shot. FC Pedrouços walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
