Horacio Foro recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Odivelas F.C.'s Afonso Moniz got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When Horacio Foro fell near the penalty area in the 42nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Odivelas F.C.'s protests and gave Horacio Foro a yellow card for diving instead. After 42 played minutes Odivelas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Horacio Foro. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Sabino Guarda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Horacio Foro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 59thth minute of the game Horacio Foro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but SC Nandufe's Sabino Guarda was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedro Mourato kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. 65 minutes into the match, Odivelas F.C.'s Horacio Foro sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sabino Guarda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 67th minute of the match Odivelas F.C. got a corner. SC Nandufe's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Simão Ramos ran over to the corner to take the kick. A nice corner shot did that Mihai Vasilescu got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Sabino Guarda quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. In the 72nd minute, Horacio Foro made a precise shot to the right of Sabino Guarda. SC Nandufe's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernando Vale in the 86th minute of play forced SC Nandufe's goalkeeper Sabino Guarda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 88 played minutes Odivelas F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Afonso Moniz. Pedro Mourato hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. Sabino Guarda showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simão Ramos in the 92nd minute of the match. In the 93rd minute, Horacio Foro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Odivelas F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Odivelas F.C. fully deserved thier win.
