Spectators: 7230 (Terracing: 5424, Seating: 1663, VIP seats: 143) Annunaki NC's Máximo Ferrão started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Juvenal Semedo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Annunaki NC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juvenal Semedo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adelino Lages breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, SC Torgueda's Rodolfo Lucena got a free kick in the 5th minute. 7 minutes into the game, Máximo Ferrão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Adelino Lages was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Juvenal Semedo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adelino Lages having to interfere. Adelino Lages showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Máximo Ferrão, who was totally free with the ball in the 14th minute. Rodrigo Regueira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Laércio Correia in the 17th minute of the match. Celso Queiroga kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Juvenal Semedo got free with Adelino Lages in the 21st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rodolfo Lucena kicked well hit freekick during the 25th minute of the match. SC Torgueda's Adelino Lages proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to save SC Torgueda from getting a goal against them. 31 minutes into the match, SC Torgueda's goal looked a bit too open when Máximo Ferrão came free, but Adelino Lages reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Máximo Ferrão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Osvaldo Flores sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 39 minutes, Laércio Correia managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Torgueda's supporters crossed their fingers, but Laércio Correia was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 45th minute, Laércio Correia made a precise shot to the right of Rodrigo Regueira. Annunaki NC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Laércio Correia to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 60th minute the ball was on its way in behind Annunaki NC's goalkeeper Rodrigo Regueira, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Máximo Pimentel during the 72nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Annunaki NC's Máximo Pimentel got a free kick in the 72nd minute. 74 minutes into the game, Annunaki NC's Máximo Ferrão nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Adelino Lages made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Juvenal Semedo in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adelino Lages prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 minutes of play, Annunaki NC's Máximo Ferrão made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Adelino Lages was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Juvenal Semedo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Annunaki NC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
