In the 10th minute, Máximo Ferrão got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 11th minute, Gil Carvalhais hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jordão Resende took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Máximo Ferrão, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Máximo Ferrão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 15th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jordão Resende made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Máximo Ferrão in the 17th minute of play. Juvenal Semedo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Jordão Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, SC Labrugeira's Gil Carvalhais got a free kick in the 21st minute. Máximo Ferrão recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 25th minute, Cássio Jordão hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Máximo Ferrão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juvenal Semedo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 29th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rodrigo Regueira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Sálvio Tristão, who was totally free with the ball in the 32nd minute. After a rather tough play, SC Labrugeira's David Caldeira got a free kick in the 33rd minute. Máximo Ferrão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jordão Resende having to interfere. When Máximo Ferrão came up free with the goalie in the 38th minute, the Annunaki NC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Máximo Ferrão couldn't finish the play. Máximo Ferrão received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Jordão Resende tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Máximo Ferrão made a kick off. When Gil Carvalhais came up free with the goalie in the 57th minute, the SC Labrugeira fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gil Carvalhais couldn't finish the play. Jordão Resende made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Máximo Ferrão in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jordão Resende saved SC Labrugeira from getting behind. Máximo Ferrão struck a weak shot in the 84th minute. Jordão Resende didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Annunaki NC. SC Labrugeira's Jordão Resende proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save SC Labrugeira from getting a goal against them. Annunaki NC played a much better game than SC Labrugeira and deserved their victory. The SC Labrugeira players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
