The audience thought a goal was coming when André Moutinho got free with Jairo Calado in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 29 minutes into the game, Cristiano Soeiro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Climax's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Calhariz FC the free kick. Cristiano Soeiro kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Albérico Porto made a kick off. In the 54th minute of the match Climax got a corner. Calhariz FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Miguel Pereira ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Miguel Pereira almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Calhariz FC's Duarte Dias did a great save. Pascoal Ponte charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Pascoal Ponte the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, Climax's Pascoal Ponte got a free kick in the 56th minute. André Moutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sandro Pires during the 59th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Sandro Pires hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. Jairo Calado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
