Melres D.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Cabral was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Bento Luz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Raul Domingues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th match minute, Kick forcE was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jacinto Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. In the 25th minute of the match André Faro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Bento Luz skillfully saved the ball. In the 33rd minute, Eurico Jacinto hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 38 played minutes, Kick forcE's Jacinto Fonseca shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Basílio Coimbra came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kick forcE reached it. After 40 played minutes, Kick forcE's Jacinto Fonseca shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Basílio Coimbra came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Kick forcE reached it. Daniel Simões fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Basílio Coimbra having to interfere. Bruno Cabral recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 43rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 44 played minutes Kick forcE got a freekick which was hit by Eurico Jacinto.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Antolin Colsa to make the kick off. After 60 played minutes Melres D.C. got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Bessa. In the 66th minute the ball was on its way in behind Kick forcE's goalkeeper Bento Luz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Inácio Campos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Basílio Coimbra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 73rd minute Daniel Simões shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Basílio Coimbra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Basílio Coimbra showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Daniel Simões in the 74th minute of the match. Inácio Campos took the ball and in the 75 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Basílio Coimbra. Basílio Coimbra dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
