The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ricardo Azevedo during the 42nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The audience was convinced that Igor Lobo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Alexandre Moniz was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Igor Lobo made a kick off. Rodrigo Maia in the 53rdth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Sebastião Menezes, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Albertino Rocha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 54thth minute tested the skills of Sebastião Menezes when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Albertino Rocha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 55th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sebastião Menezes made a fantastic save in the 60th minute, when Albertino Rocha sent off a good shot on target. If Rodrigo Maia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Albertino Rocha received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. FC Porto's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Farminhao FC the free kick. Igor Lobo hit a great freekick 80 minutes into the match. Rodrigo Maia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 81st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Sebastião Menezes having to make a save. In the 87thth minute of the game Rodrigo Maia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Porto's Sebastião Menezes was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alexandre Moniz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Igor Lobo in the 89th minute of the match. A collision led to Farminhao FC getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Ricardo Melo hit a great ball. In the 92nd minute, Albertino Rocha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sebastião Menezes was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. When Rodrigo Maia came up free with the goalie in the 95th minute, the Farminhao FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rodrigo Maia couldn't finish the play.
