In the 9th minute, Sesimbra FC's Filipe Simões ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind João Aguiar. João Aguiar yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 1-0. 龙风镇s short, quick shot in the 12thth minute got João Aguiar to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. If Joaquim Fonseca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 15th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. João Aguiar made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when 龙风镇 sent off a good shot on target. Zbigniew Arnista showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joaquim Fonseca in the 20th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by 龙风镇 in the 27th minute of play forced Magunte's goalkeeper João Aguiar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. João Aguiar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Filipe Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Magunte's João Aguiar got control of the ball when 龙风镇 tried to sneak it across the goal line. 32 minutes in the game, Filipe Simões fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without João Aguiar having to interfere. When the match had gone on for 33 minutes, 龙风镇 put it in 3-0 from a short distance just to the right of João Aguiar. 龙风镇 sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 39th minute of the match, 龙风镇 got a very nice opportunity to score, but João Aguiar was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 42nd minute, Alex Ruas got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After having played for 44 minutes, 龙风镇 managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sesimbra FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but 龙风镇 was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. João Aguiar made a fantastic save in the 46th minute, when Armando Lemos sent off a good shot on target. If 龙风镇 had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for 龙风镇 to strike the kick off in the second half. José Coelho charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Magunte's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that 龙风镇 was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 60 minutes into the match, Sesimbra FC's 龙风镇 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Aguiar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Gustavo Vilas Boas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Sesimbra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Gustavo Vilas Boas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Sesimbra FC's Zbigniew Arnista played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lourenço Resende in the 77th minute of play. 80 minutes into the match, Magunte's goal looked a bit too open when 龙风镇 came free, but João Aguiar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 82 minutes into the match, Sesimbra FC's 龙风镇 sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that João Aguiar narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Sesimbra FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Magunte the free kick. After 90 played minutes Sesimbra FC got a freekick which was hit by Gustavo Vilas Boas. Joaquim Fonseca came free with the goalkeeper in the 91st minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Zbigniew Arnista could save by the left post. When Sesimbra FC's 龙风镇 in the 93rd minute got a chance for a shot 93rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Magunte's goalie prevented a goal. After 94 minutes, Rogério Rocha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Magunte and the Sesimbra FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Magunte's Rogério Rocha got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the referee ended the match the Sesimbra FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
