After 37 played minutes F.C.BEIRE got a freekick which was hit by Carlos Brito. Daniel Ramos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil Soares in the 42nd minute of play. LILICO TEMA's Gonçalo Barros got a good chance for a goal in the 45th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. José Trindade hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. After the first half F.C.BEIRE were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Gonçalo Barros to make the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Gil Soares had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Daniel Ramos. LILICO TEMA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gil Soares was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Domingos Anjos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gonçalo Barros, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet as F.C.BEIRE's Gaspar Paredes slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Daniel Ramos. That made the score 0-7 after 61 minutes of play. A collision led to F.C.BEIRE getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Gaspar Paredes hit a great ball. In the 69th minute Gaspar Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Daniel Ramos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gaspar Paredes in the 71st minute of the match. Joaquim Rodrigues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Domingos Anjos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. LILICO TEMA's Daniel Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by David Gaspar in the 84th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when David Gaspar got free with Daniel Ramos in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 90th minute Gaspar Paredes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Ramos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gil Soares received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Daniel Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
