After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Jaime Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. U.D.S.Mamede's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaime Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Alexandre Ferreira breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Raul Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vítor Trindade, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernardo Fonseca in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Raul Amorim saved U.D.S.Mamede from getting behind. Bernardo Fonseca kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 24th minute, Bernardo Fonseca managed to get in a good position for a shot. SC ROGER's supporters rose to their feet, but Bernardo Fonseca was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raul Amorim breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Humberto Nascimento kicked well hit freekick during the 29th minute of the match. SC ROGER's Alexandre Ferreira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 31st minute of the match, managed to save SC ROGER from getting a goal against them. Raul Amorim showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Fonseca in the 33rd minute of the match. In the 35thth minute of the game Bernardo Fonseca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U.D.S.Mamede's Raul Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Gonçalo Pinheiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 39thth minute of the game Bernardo Fonseca who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U.D.S.Mamede's Raul Amorim was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Jaime Santos struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Alexandre Ferreira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for U.D.S.Mamede. The SC ROGER fans' excitement grew in the 43rd match minute when SC ROGER's Bernardo Fonseca looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Afonso Faro to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bernardo Fonseca got free with Raul Amorim in the 83rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. João Mota charged in rather forcefully in the 85th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Mota the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. João Mota kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Bernardo Fonseca in the 90thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Raul Amorim, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Jorge Pinto hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Vítor Trindade blasted a shot towards the goal in the 95th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Raul Amorim having to make a save. SC ROGER played a much better game than U.D.S.Mamede and deserved their victory. The U.D.S.Mamede players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
