Spectators: 6676 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1676, VIP seats: 0) U.C.Kasquilhos's Adelino Campos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save U.C.Kasquilhos from getting a goal against them. In the 5th minute Aurelio Harriet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Catarino Lopes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 6th minute, Jorge Amaral managed to get in a good position for a shot. Milhazes's supporters rose to their feet, but Jorge Amaral was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Adelino Campos breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 9 played minutes U.C.Kasquilhos got a freekick which was hit by Pedro Augusto Donato. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aurelio Harriet in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Catarino Lopes prevented the ball from getting in the gole. A collision led to Milhazes getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Joaquim Marques hit a great ball. In the 16th minute of the match João Cunha shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Catarino Lopes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. 17 minutes into the game, U.C.Kasquilhos's Marco Jesus nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Catarino Lopes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. Eduardo Resende received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Adelino Campos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When U.C.Kasquilhos's Aurelio Harriet in the 27th minute got a chance for a shot 27th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Adelino Campos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eduardo Resende in the 34th minute of the match. 36 minutes into the match, U.C.Kasquilhos's goalkeeper Adelino Campos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jorge Amaral. When the match had gone on for 39 minutes, Jorge Amaral put it in 1-2 from a short distance just to the right of Adelino Campos. After a defensive mix-up in U.C.Kasquilhos's zone, Jorge Amaral stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adelino Campos came out of the goal and Jorge Amaral tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Adelino Campos made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jorge Amaral in the 44th minute. After a rather tough play, U.C.Kasquilhos's Júlio Azevedo got a free kick in the 46th minute. 47 minutes into the match, U.C.Kasquilhos's goalkeeper Adelino Campos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raul Ribeiro.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Aurelio Harriet to make the kick off. After 51 played minutes Milhazes got a freekick which was hit by Nuno Matias. Marco Jesus recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Aurelio Harriet's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Catarino Lopes firmly grabbed it by the left post. Catarino Lopes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marco Jesus in the 57th minute of the match. Adelino Campos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eduardo Resende's shot from short distance in the 61st minute. In a very dangerous position, a player in Milhazes fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 75th minute. Penalty! João Cunha shot the penalty kick right outside the post. Aurelio Harriets short, quick shot in the 86thth minute got Catarino Lopes to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Catarino Lopes stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marco Jesus's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Aurelio Harriet fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Catarino Lopes having to interfere. After a rather tough play, U.C.Kasquilhos's Pedro Augusto Donato got a free kick in the 94th minute. Alberto Faria's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adelino Campos read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. In the 99th minute, Raul Ribeiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When the final whistle sounded U.C.Kasquilhos left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Milhazes.
