But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Frits Schaap couldn't finish the play. Donato Valente came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico City 35 CD's Frits Schaap. But to his dismay, Frits Schaap quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. Donato Valente showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nuno Santos in the 36th minute of the match. Donato Valente came out of the goal in the 46th minute to try and stop a shot by Atletico City 35 CD's Nuno Santos. But to his dismay, Nuno Santos quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-6. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

André Andrade's late challenge caught a Braga Corporação's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. André Andrade helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Braga Corporação booed when Atletico City 35 CD was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. André Andrade didn't get a good kick on the ball. When the final whistle sounded Atletico City 35 CD left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Braga Corporação.
