The audience was convinced that José Domingues's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eusébio Vilaverde was relentless in the 4th minute of the game. In the 6th match minute, Rocado FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by António Quinaz to maneuver through the defense. In the 13th minute Salvador Mendes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 陶霆霖 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. João Moutinho charged in rather forcefully in the 14th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed João Moutinho the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Hermínio Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rocado FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Hermínio Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. 陶霆霖 breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. José Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In a very dangerous position, a player in Rodriguinhos Team fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 24th minute. Penalty! In the 26th minute there was a penalty for Rocado FC. Flávio Estrada stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving 陶霆霖. 0-1. When Rodriguinhos Team's José Domingues, in the 34th minute, received a pass right in front of the net, it looked like a certain goal, but his shot went outside. In the 40thth minute of the game José Domingues who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rocado FC's Eusébio Vilaverde was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If José Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 45th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Rodriguinhos Team players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Rocado FC were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and José Domingues made a kick off. Roberto Rosio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 57th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vítor Vieira during the 60th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Vítor Vieira hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. In the 61st match minute, Rocado FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hermínio Almeida to maneuver through the defense. When Saúl Rebocho fell near the penalty area in the 63rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Rocado FC's protests and gave Saúl Rebocho a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Rodriguinhos Team booed when Rocado FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saúl Rebocho didn't get a good kick on the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by António Quinaz during the 65th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. António Quinaz hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. If José Domingues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 73 minutes into the match, José Domingues had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Eusébio Vilaverde. Rocado FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that José Domingues was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Domingues in the 80th minute of play forced Rocado FC's goalkeeper Eusébio Vilaverde to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fernando Torres received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Eusébio Vilaverde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. José Domingues sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some careless play in the Rocado FC defense, Roberto Rosio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Eusébio Vilaverde. The Rocado FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Eusébio Vilaverde should have stopped the shot. José Domingues received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Eusébio Vilaverde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salvador Mendes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 93rd minute of the match, but 陶霆霖 made a huge save. When the match had gone on for 95 minutes, José Domingues put it in 3-2 from a short distance just to the right of Eusébio Vilaverde. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Rodriguinhos Team fully deserved thier win.
