Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) When Pedraca's Aparício Meireles in the 5th minute got a chance for a shot 5th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Estrelas de Fânzeres's goalie prevented a goal. Aparício Meireles might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Márcio Festas. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Aparício Meireles ran back to his position shaking his head. After 12 minutes, Maurício Baptista mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pedraca and the Estrelas de Fânzeres players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Pedraca getting a freekick after 12 minutes play. Maurício Baptista hit a great ball. Laureano Castelo Branco hit a great freekick 14 minutes into the match. In the 14th minute, Estrelas de Fânzeres's Laureano Castelo Branco fired away a free kick that almost went in the goal. Caetano Diegues was prepared for the shot, but didn't have to make a play as the shot flew over the goal. With a little luck, Estrelas de Fânzeres's Márcio Festas got control of the ball when Celso Amaral tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aquilino Pais in the 17th minute of play forced Pedraca's goalkeeper Caetano Diegues to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aparício Meireles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio Festas having to interfere. Gentil Coutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isac Sequeira charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Isac Sequeira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Márcio Festas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Aparício Meireles, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Laureano Castelo Branco's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Caetano Diegues read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 29th minute of play. Márcio Festas was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 30th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Rafael Lages. 31 minutes into the game, Gentil Coutinho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Márcio Festas. Gentil Coutinho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. When Aparício Meireles came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Pedraca fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aparício Meireles couldn't finish the play. 38 minutes into the match, Estrelas de Fânzeres's goalkeeper Márcio Festas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gentil Coutinho. When the match clock showed 43 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Gentil Coutinho sped through Estrelas de Fânzeres's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Márcio Festas. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 4-0.

The wind increased when Aquilino Pais made the kick off in the second half. Celso Amaral fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Márcio Festas having to interfere. Aparício Meireles spun around in front of the goal 53 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Estrelas de Fânzeres's goal. In the 54th minute, Martinho Paiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 63rd match minute, Estrelas de Fânzeres was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isac Sequeira to maneuver through the defense. Márcio Festas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Aparício Meireles's shot from short distance in the 64th minute. Márcio Festas made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gentil Coutinho in the 66th minute of play. Márcio Festas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gentil Coutinho in the 69th minute of the match. After 71 minutes of play, Pedraca's Aparício Meireles made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Márcio Festas was left in no man's land by his defense there! 84 minutes into the match, Pedraca's goalkeeper Caetano Diegues had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Laureano Castelo Branco. Gentil Coutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 89 minutes into the match, Pedraca's Gentil Coutinho sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Márcio Festas narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Aparício Meireles's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Márcio Festas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 92nd minute of play. If Gentil Coutinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Pedraca players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
