The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 3rd minute of the match, Avram Anton got a very nice opportunity to score, but Nuno Esteves was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. The supporters of DFB Junioren booed when S C Lenhador was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 4 match minutes in a wonderful position. Duarte Matos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Homero Vieira charged in rather forcefully in the 6th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Homero Vieira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After a rather tough play, DFB Junioren's Homero Vieira got a free kick in the 6th minute. Nuno Esteves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eurico Guerreiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Avram Anton's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 9thth minute, Nuno Esteves skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Avram Anton came free with the goalkeeper in the 13th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Nuno Esteves could save by the left post. Pedro Medeiros showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lucas Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Nuno Esteves made a fantastic save in the 18th minute, when Clarismundo Cirarruista sent off a good shot on target. In the 26th minute, DFB Junioren's Vicente Pedroso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Nuno Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Clarismundo Cirarruista took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Nuno Esteves to make any attempt to save it. 34 minutes into the match, S C Lenhador's goalkeeper Nuno Esteves had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Avram Anton. Nuno Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from João Souto in the 35th minute of the match. With 37 minutes on the clock, Valério Pirani commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. After 36 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for DFB Junioren! In the 38th minute there was a penalty for S C Lenhador. Lucas Santos stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Pedro Medeiros. 2-1. Vicente Pedroso could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 41st minute of the match, but Nuno Esteves made a huge save. In the 45th minute Eurico Guerreiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nuno Esteves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nuno Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from João Souto, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. Nuno Esteves made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Vicente Pedroso sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 68 minutes of play, DFB Junioren's Vicente Pedroso made it 5-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nuno Esteves was left in no man's land by his defense there! Nuno Esteves showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Pedroso, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vicente Pedroso in the 73rd minute of play forced S C Lenhador's goalkeeper Nuno Esteves to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. S C Lenhador's Nuno Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Pedroso in the 76th minute of play. Nuno Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geraldo Viana in the 77th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes S C Lenhador got a freekick which was hit by Duarte Matos. After a rather tough play, S C Lenhador's Lucas Santos got a free kick in the 82nd minute. S C Lenhador's Nuno Esteves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Pedroso in the 84th minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, S C Lenhador's goal looked a bit too open when João Souto came free, but Nuno Esteves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Nuno Esteves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geraldo Viana in the 92nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in S C Lenhador's zone, Avram Anton stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nuno Esteves came out of the goal and Avram Anton tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. DFB Junioren had played much better football throughout.
