Spectators: 6681 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1681, VIP seats: 0) João Souto started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clarismundo Cirarruista during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. 3 minutes into the game, one of DFB Junioren:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. In the 8th minute, Eurico Guerreiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DFB Junioren fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by João Souto in the 12th minute of play forced Azedia FC's goalkeeper Gil Pacheco to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 14 minutes into the game, DFB Junioren's João Souto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gil Pacheco made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. João Souto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 19th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Pedro Medeiros made an important save on a dangerous shot by Fábio Guerreiro in the 20th minute. Azedia FC's Gil Pacheco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Avram Anton in the 21st minute of play. Avram Anton fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gil Pacheco having to interfere. Gil Pacheco came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by DFB Junioren's Eurico Guerreiro. But to his dismay, Eurico Guerreiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Gil Pacheco showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vicente Pedroso, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. In the 32nd minute, Avram Anton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The DFB Junioren fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. DFB Junioren's João Souto got a good chance for a goal in the 37th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Azedia FC's André Gomes got a free kick in the 40th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Avram Anton in the 41st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gil Pacheco saved Azedia FC from getting behind. João Souto struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Gil Pacheco didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for DFB Junioren. After the first half DFB Junioren were leading 0-4. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Francisco Reis to strike the kick off in the second half. After 51 played minutes DFB Junioren got a freekick which was hit by Clarismundo Cirarruista. The supporters of DFB Junioren booed when Azedia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Daniel Macedo didn't get a good kick on the ball. DFB Junioren's Pedro Medeiros played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Reis in the 60th minute of play. A collision led to DFB Junioren getting a freekick after 66 minutes play. Valério Pirani hit a great ball. Azedia FC's Gil Pacheco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by João Souto in the 71st minute of play. The supporters of Azedia FC booed when DFB Junioren was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Emanuel Monsanto didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 75 played minutes, Azedia FC's Sandro Nascimento shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Pedro Medeiros came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Azedia FC reached it. Avram Anton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gil Pacheco took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from João Souto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Azedia FC's Gil Pacheco played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Pedroso in the 82nd minute of play. Avram Anton came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Gil Pacheco could save by the left post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling João Souto in the 95th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Gil Pacheco prevented the ball from getting in the gole. João Souto sent away a hard shot on goal in the 97th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Avram Anton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 99th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. DFB Junioren's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
