When the match had gone on for 54 minutes, Pedro Dantas took a quick shot and it went in 1-1 without a chance for Jens Igelström to make any attempt to save it. Jorge Ferro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elias Cavalcante in the 58th minute of play. Ricardo Barros kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. If Pedro Dantas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jorge Ferro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Miguel Pacheco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of F.C.Olival booed when SC Queimadela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Humberto Leiria didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jens Igelström showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pedro Dantas, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. If Maikel Boven had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pedro Dantas received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Jens Igelström came out and tried to block the shot, but Pedro Dantas slotted it home off the left post making it 1-2 in the 93rd minute.
