Lourenço Pereira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Porfírio Sardinha went, in the 34th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of SUPER DRAGÕES FC booed when SC Cantelaes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Armando Magalhães didn't get a good kick on the ball. André Carvalho hit a great freekick 46 minutes into the match. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alexandre Nascimento made a kick off. In the 56th match minute, SC Cantelaes was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duarte Jesus to maneuver through the defense. Altino Bulhosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Lourenço Pereira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 78 minutes of play, SUPER DRAGÕES FC's Altino Bulhosa made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lourenço Pereira was left in no man's land by his defense there! Porfírio Sardinha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 87 minutes of play, SUPER DRAGÕES FC's Porfírio Sardinha made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lourenço Pereira was left in no man's land by his defense there! SUPER DRAGÕES FC's Altino Bulhosa got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Armando Magalhães got free with Hildeberto Neves in the 94th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Altino Bulhosa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. SUPER DRAGÕES FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
