The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rogério Salgueiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. After 16 minutes of play, SUPER DRAGÕES FC's Porfírio Sardinha made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto Faria was left in no man's land by his defense there! 19 minutes into the match, SUPER DRAGÕES FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rui Baptista came free, but Hildeberto Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Humberto Pacheco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 20th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Vivaldo Pereira during the 22nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to SUPER DRAGÕES FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Vivaldo Pereira hit a great ball. Rogério Salgueiro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Altino Bulhosa couldn't finish the play. Vítor Guerreiro charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vítor Guerreiro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Vítor Guerreiro kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. In the 40th minute, Porfírio Sardinha ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Humberto Faria was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3.

The wind increased when Porfírio Sardinha made the kick off in the second half. When Porfírio Sardinha came up free with the goalie in the 52nd minute, the SUPER DRAGÕES FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Porfírio Sardinha couldn't finish the play. After having played for 53 minutes, Rogério Salgueiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SUPER DRAGÕES FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rogério Salgueiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. A collision led to Antoinha getting a freekick after 54 minutes play. Lourenço Oliveira hit a great ball. Porfírio Sardinha who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 63rdth minute tested the skills of Humberto Faria when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Through an outstanding action, after 65 minutes, Humberto Faria successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Aldo Saraiva hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, SUPER DRAGÕES FC's goal looked a bit too open when Humberto Pacheco came free, but Hildeberto Neves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hildeberto Neves made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Humberto Pacheco in the 70th minute of play. If Porfírio Sardinha had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Humberto Faria was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. SUPER DRAGÕES FC's Altino Bulhosa got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Porfírio Sardinha recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. SUPER DRAGÕES FC's Hildeberto Neves played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gustavo Cardoso in the 93rd minute of play. A collision led to Antoinha getting a freekick after 96 minutes play. Gustavo Cardoso hit a great ball. SUPER DRAGÕES FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
