The audience was convinced that Gentil Calado's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Humberto Faria was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. Rui Baptista kicked well hit freekick during the 28th minute of the match. Serafim Pachecos short, quick shot in the 31stth minute got Humberto Faria to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Antoinha's defense didn't have a chance, in the 34th minute, when Gentil Calado scored to the left of an out of position Humberto Faria, making the score, 2-0. When Miguel Machado fell near the penalty area in the 39th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Antoinha's protests and gave Miguel Machado a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Antoinha getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Miguel Machado hit a great ball.

51 minutes into the game, Gastão Delgado was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Casinha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Antoinha the free kick. In the 51st minute, Gastão Delgado hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Humberto Faria made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gentil Calado in the 56th minute of play. Humberto Faria took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gentil Calado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 68 minutes of play, SC Casinha's Gastão Delgado made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Humberto Faria was left in no man's land by his defense there! 72 minutes into the game, Serafim Pacheco was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SC Casinha's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Antoinha the free kick. Humberto Faria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Serafim Pacheco, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. After having played for 78 minutes, Serafim Pacheco managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. SC Casinha's supporters crossed their fingers, but Serafim Pacheco was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute Serafim Pacheco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Humberto Faria saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Vítor Guerreiro fell near the penalty area in the 90th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Antoinha's protests and gave Vítor Guerreiro a yellow card for diving instead. In the 90th minute, Vítor Guerreiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match had gone on for 91 minutes, Gentil Calado put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Humberto Faria. When the referee ended the match the SC Casinha players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
