Mauro Vilaverde breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Portugal Gold Academy booed when Ventelharia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 91 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentim Graça didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nivaldo Rego received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Mauro Vilaverde tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Nivaldo Rego struck a weak shot in the 95th minute. Mauro Vilaverde didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ventelharia. The Ventelharia supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Portugal Gold Academy's performance. The match ended with a win for Portugal Gold Academy.
