If Vítor Eiró had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 47 minutes, Alfredo Flores made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Cernache's Heitor Pires tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for José Jesus to strike the kick off in the second half.
