Nuno Leiria showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Angelo Assis, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. Fc almancil's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Ilídio Morais 18 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. Fc almancil's Nuno Leiria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alfredo Meira in the 21st minute of play. Nuno Leiria showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amado Lessa in the 26th minute of the match. 27 minutes into the game, Alfredo Meira recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Nuno Leiria. Alfredo Meira showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 4-0. Virgílio Moutinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nuno Leiria was out of position in the 33 minute of play, and Amado Lessa capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Amado Lessa really showed his touch with that goal: 5-0. In the 40th minute, DUDILUCAA's Amado Lessa dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 6-0. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Virgílio Moutinho to make the kick off. Fc almancil's Nuno Leiria played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ilídio Morais in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Tomé Monteiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Bebeto Jardel's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nuno Leiria was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredo Meira in the 76th minute of play forced Fc almancil's goalkeeper Nuno Leiria to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With 77 minutes on the clock, Virgílio Fonseca commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 77th match minute, DUDILUCAA was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Virgílio Fonseca to maneuver through the defense.
