Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mário Miranda took the kick off in the first half of the match. Vicente Madeira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Laurentino Gama in the 2nd minute of play. Odeleite F.C's Vicente Madeira proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Odeleite F.C from getting a goal against them. In the 5th minute Dário Macena shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Madeira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Odeleite F.C's Vicente Madeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurentino Gama in the 7th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Dário Macena made a precise shot to the right of Vicente Madeira. Odeleite F.C's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. 12 minutes into the match, Odeleite F.C's goal looked a bit too open when Dário Macena came free, but Vicente Madeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Vicente Madeira came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Pinhal's Vicente Pinhal. But to his dismay, Vicente Pinhal quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. If Mário Miranda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 19th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 20 minutes, Vicente Borba mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Pinhal and the Odeleite F.C players grew even worse after the yellow card. Vicente Borba hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. After 23rd play minutes Vicente Pinhal shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Vicente Madeira and just under the crossbar into goal. Vicente Pinhal could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 26th minute of the match, but Vicente Madeira made a huge save. Vicente Madeira didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 27th minute, which inside left pole to 4-0. 34 minutes into the game, Pinhal's Dário Macena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicente Madeira made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-0. When Vicente Borba was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 37 minutes had been played. After 37 played minutes Pinhal got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Borba. Durval Couto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mário Miranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Odeleite F.C's Vicente Madeira got control of the ball when Vicente Pinhal tried to sneak it across the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Laurentino Gama in the 46th minute of play forced Odeleite F.C's goalkeeper Vicente Madeira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Pinhal scored 6-0 in the 47th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vicente Madeira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 6-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Vicente Pinhal was the one to do the kick off. Vicente Pinhal blasted a shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicente Madeira having to make a save. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Romão Amaro in the 57th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Madeira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 62 minutes into the game, Vicente Pinhal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pinhal's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Odeleite F.C the free kick. The supporters of Odeleite F.C booed when Pinhal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 62 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vicente Pinhal didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Dário Macena fell near the penalty area in the 64th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Pinhal's protests and gave Dário Macena a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Pinhal getting a freekick after 64 minutes play. Dário Macena hit a great ball. Odeleite F.C's Vicente Madeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vicente Pinhal in the 68th minute of play. Vicente Pinhal struck a weak shot in the 69th minute. Vicente Madeira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pinhal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Mário Miranda during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Odeleite F.C's Mário Miranda got a free kick in the 79th minute. Dário Macena got his second yellow card in the match during the 84th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 84th minute, Dário Macena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 87th minute, Zarco Vilar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Pinhal fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-0. Romão Amaro kicked well hit freekick during the 93rd minute of the match. 96 minutes into the match, Odeleite F.C's Aloísio Campos sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Durval Couto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Pinhal fully deserved thier win.
