Spectators: 6766 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1766, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nivaldo Balsemão kicked off to start the match. In the 3rd minute, Rui Paredes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Touriz's David Madeira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nivaldo Balsemão in the 7th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Touriz's Osvaldo Sampaio slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jaime Sobral. That made the score 1-0 after 9 minutes of play. Jaime Sobral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mário Palmeira in the 19th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Mário Palmeira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Touriz fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. If Micael Portela had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 27th minute, Mário Palmeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 29 minutes into the match, Touriz's goal looked a bit too open when Nivaldo Balsemão came free, but David Madeira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Viriato Onofre fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Dinamo Aguas Santas's protests and gave Viriato Onofre a yellow card for diving instead. In the 31st minute, one of Dinamo Aguas Santas:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Dinamo Aguas Santas. When the match had gone on for 37 minutes, Mário Palmeira took a quick shot and it went in 3-0 without a chance for Jaime Sobral to make any attempt to save it. In the 44th minute Juvenal Rios shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jaime Sobral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Nivaldo Balsemão sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mário Palmeira was the one to do the kick off. In the 57th minute of the match Estevão Costa sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jaime Sobral skillfully saved the ball. David Andrade hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Jaime Sobral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mário Palmeira, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. Osvaldo Sampaio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jaime Sobral tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Nivaldo Balsemão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 75 minutes into the game, Touriz's Micael Portela nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jaime Sobral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. David Lamego kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 82 minutes, Juvenal Rios mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Touriz and the Dinamo Aguas Santas players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 82 played minutes Touriz got a freekick which was hit by Juvenal Rios. The crowd rose to their feet as Nivaldo Balsemão kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving David Madeira. That made the score 5-2 in the 85 minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Juvenal Rios had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jaime Sobral. Dinamo Aguas Santas's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Juvenal Rios was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-2. 95 minutes into the match, Dinamo Aguas Santas's goal looked a bit too open when Osvaldo Sampaio came free, but Jaime Sobral reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Nivaldo Balsemão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Touriz had played much better football throughout.
