Spectators: 7340 (Terracing: 5750, Seating: 1450, VIP seats: 140) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. João Poças started the match with the kick off. Hélder Costa took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Fertus Orbiz. Fertus Orbiz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 6 minutes into the game, Dozer FC's Hermano Ornelas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fertus Orbiz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Fertus Orbiz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hermano Ornelas in the 13th minute of play. Rui Pais's late challenge caught a CARREGA FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rui Pais helped the player get up and apologised. Rui Pais kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Fertus Orbiz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hermano Ornelas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 24th minute Rui Pais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fertus Orbiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Dozer FC's goalkeeper Aldaír Soveral, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Quintino Festas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fertus Orbiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Gouveia blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Aldaír Soveral having to make a save. If Elias Gouveia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 44th minute Rui Pais shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fertus Orbiz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 46th minute, Hermano Ornelas ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fertus Orbiz was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-5. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Hermano Ornelas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. João Poças sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. CARREGA FC's Fertus Orbiz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rui Pais in the 57th minute of play. In the 63rd match minute, CARREGA FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simão Castro to maneuver through the defense. CARREGA FC's Fertus Orbiz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save CARREGA FC from getting a goal against them. Fertus Orbiz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hermano Ornelas, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. In the 68th minute of the match Dozer FC got a corner. CARREGA FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Hermano Ornelas ran over to the corner to take the kick. Hermano Ornelas made a great header on Dozer FC's corner, it was just that CARREGA FC's Fertus Orbiz managed to reach the ball for a save. Simão Castro tried in the 68th minute to hit away a contribution but miss-kicked the ball which ended up in his own goal and left an unhappy Fertus Orbiz a with quite unnecessary self made goal. Result 0-6. The crowd rose to their feet as Dozer FC's Hermano Ornelas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Fertus Orbiz. That made the score 0-7 after 74 minutes of play. Fertus Orbiz made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Quintino Festas sent off a good shot on target. Fertus Orbiz was a little too slow when Hermano Ornelas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 80th minute. The score was now 0-8. João Poças might have been able to make a better finish in the 83rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Aldaír Soveral. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. João Poças ran back to his position shaking his head. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eliseu Figueiras during the 84th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. If Angélico Figueiras had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 88th minute João Poças shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aldaír Soveral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Elias Gouveia took the ball and in the 89 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Aldaír Soveral. Aldaír Soveral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-8. Elias Gouveia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Fertus Orbiz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hermano Ornelas in the 95th minute of the match. A collision led to CARREGA FC getting a freekick after 95 minutes play. Elias Gouveia hit a great ball. The CARREGA FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Dozer FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
