Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Lisandro Conde took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute Albertino Lamego shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Inácio Bentes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Inácio Bentes took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Albertino Lamego, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Inácio Bentes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Conde in the 5th minute of play. After 6 minutes, Silvano Rocha mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mattas and the C.F.Real Porto players grew even worse after the yellow card. Silvano Rocha hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. In the 7th minute of the match Elias Castanheira sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Inácio Bentes skillfully saved the ball. After 8 minutes, Ricardo Madeira mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Mattas and the C.F.Real Porto players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 8 played minutes Mattas got a freekick which was hit by Ricardo Madeira. A collision led to Mattas getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Romão Durães hit a great ball. Mattas's Inácio Bentes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Conde in the 15th minute of play. 17 minutes into the match, Mattas's goal looked a bit too open when Albertino Lamego came free, but Inácio Bentes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the game, C.F.Real Porto's Lisandro Conde nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Inácio Bentes made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Mattas's zone, Lisandro Conde stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Inácio Bentes came out of the goal and Lisandro Conde tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 37 minutes into the match, Mattas's Ricardo Madeira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gerardo Avellaneda narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Mattas's Ricardo Madeira got a good chance for a goal in the 40th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Vicente Castro charged in rather forcefully in the 44th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Vicente Castro the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 44 played minutes Mattas got a freekick which was hit by Vicente Castro. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ricardo Madeira stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mattas were awarded a corner in the 56th minute after C.F.Real Porto's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Hipólito Mendes took the corner. Gusmão Granja's late challenge caught a C.F.Real Porto's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gusmão Granja helped the player get up and apologised. Gusmão Granja kicked well hit freekick during the 59th minute of the match. Inácio Bentes made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Albertino Lamego sent off a good shot on target. Inácio Bentes made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lisandro Conde in the 68th minute of play. Inácio Bentes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lisandro Conde in the 70th minute of the match. Inácio Bentes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Horácio Santarém showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-2 in the 84 minute of play. Silvano Rocha got his second yellow card in the match during the 87th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. In the 87th match minute, Mattas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silvano Rocha to maneuver through the defense. Mattas's Inácio Bentes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lisandro Conde in the 94th minute of play. When the match was over C.F.Real Porto could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Mattas throughout the match.
