The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Enzo Raposo to strike the kick off in the second half. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Telmo Fontes couldn't finish the play. After having played for 74 minutes, Telmo Fontes managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Clube Futebol Belenenses's supporters crossed their fingers, but Telmo Fontes was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 78th minute, Jacinto Cerqueira fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Honorato Álvares, passed just outside the right post. Telmo Fontes in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Honorato Álvares, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Elias Serpa recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Elias Serpa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Honorato Álvares tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. CASTROFOOT were victorious despite being under pressure from Clube Futebol Belenenses for much of the match.
