Benedykt Sadlowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Taborda in the 7th minute of the match. If Manuel Taborda had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Paixão might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedykt Sadlowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Gustavo Paixão ran back to his position shaking his head. When Manuel Taborda came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the THRASH ATTACK F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Manuel Taborda couldn't finish the play. After a defensive mix-up in AmarSul Futebol Clube's zone, Manuel Taborda stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Benedykt Sadlowski came out of the goal and Manuel Taborda tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a little luck, AmarSul Futebol Clube's Benedykt Sadlowski got control of the ball when Gustavo Paixão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Manuel Taborda struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. Benedykt Sadlowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for THRASH ATTACK F.C.. Benedykt Sadlowski made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Gustavo Paixão sent off a good shot on target. If Egídio Godinho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Benedykt Sadlowski was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Manuel Taborda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Manuel Taborda really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Egídio Godinho to strike the kick off in the second half. If Gustavo Paixão had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Gustavo Paixão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benedykt Sadlowski having to interfere. After 68 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for AmarSul Futebol Clube! The referee gave THRASH ATTACK F.C. a penalty, 70 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Aprígio Bento, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of AmarSul Futebol Clube's Benedykt Sadlowski. 2-0. If Filinto Calçada had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Egídio Godinho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Severino Câmara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Filinto Calçada in the 86th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Filinto Calçada kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Severino Câmara. That made the score 2-1 in the 92 minute of play. In the 95th minute, Adão Maltez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The THRASH ATTACK F.C. fans cheered their team off the field, for while AmarSul Futebol Clube had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
