Nivaldo Lucena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Bettencourt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 68 minutes into the game, Almeidas FC's José Mendes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Nivaldo Lucena made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. After 70 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Odivelas FC!
