The audience thought a goal was coming when Hermano Garcez got free with Hugo Vilalobos in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Lombo's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. When the referee blew the final whistle, Lombo could leave the field as winners, despite Malandros Unidos CF having more of the ball for most of the match.
