Hermenegildo Corte-Real was slow to take the kick. During this time Homer FC's players had a chance to rest. Homer FC's Hermenegildo Corte-Real was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Lázaro lago in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Bernard Pieprz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro lago having to interfere. With his leg Lázaro lago managed to avoid a goal in the 20thth minute, when Homer FC's Rareș Bobocea fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 21st play minute Rareș Bobocea came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Lázaro lago. 3-0. Tomás Granja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lázaro lago came out of the goal in the 40th minute to try and stop a shot by Homer FC's Jacob Veríssimo. But to his dismay, Jacob Veríssimo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. In the 46th minute, Homer FC's Jacob Veríssimo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Lázaro lago. Lázaro lago yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 5-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jacob Veríssimo was the one to do the kick off. Lázaro lago took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacob Veríssimo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lázaro lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rareș Bobocea, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. Rareș Bobocea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Juvenal Machado fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zarco Couto having to interfere. Lázaro lago showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jacob Veríssimo, who was totally free with the ball in the 70th minute. In the 72nd minute, Alberto Bragança hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacob Veríssimo in the 75th minute of play forced Cambelas FC's goalkeeper Lázaro lago to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 77 minutes into the match, Homer FC's goal looked a bit too open when Tomás Granja came free, but Zarco Couto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 77th match minute, Homer FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toninho Tavares to maneuver through the defense. In the 81st minute, Jacob Veríssimo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Homer FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-0. Avelino Aleixo kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Cambelas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rareș Bobocea came free, but Lázaro lago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tomás Granja might have been able to make a better finish in the 91st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Zarco Couto. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Tomás Granja ran back to his position shaking his head. Rareș Bobocea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 93rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lázaro lago having to interfere. Jacob Veríssimo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rareș Bobocea took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Lázaro lago. Lázaro lago dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0.
